We first connected with Greg through a weekly realtor's email announcement of available homes. Greg explained the market we were interested in ( manufactured home community) and set up daily listing reports for us to review. We spent a few months reviewing the listings and he was always available to answer any questions we had. We recently had to deal with selling my uncles house in Delaware due to his untimely passing. We live in Michigan and not being local to Delaware we of course didn't know of any realtors in the area.
